Cancellation Policy
Studio Rental: You are renting the space only. Refund Policy: You may receive a full refund if booking is cancelled within 14 calendar days from scheduled date. Thereafter, it's non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your booking for free on another date at least 72hours before scheduled date. White Cyc Wall: Everything is included in the studio. If you like to add a coat of white paint for the cyc wall, please inform the manager so we can get that done within 24hr in advance. Cyc wall does comes with minimal footsteps / AS-IS. Additional add-ons requires a 24hr notice. Cleaning: Cleaning fees are included in the hourly booking (trash, toiletries, mopping, & resetting items back into place). Hours of Operation: 8am - 10pm Remote/Turnkey Access: 10am - 4pm Mon - Fri 10am - 3:00pm Saturday Freight Elevator: Please text or email onsite manager that you will need to use the elevator for bulky / heavy items Storage: We have a small storage space, but it is limited. The studio is to be locked after each event. Recommend to take any valuables with you as we are not responsible for any missing or damages to your items. Attendees: For production (photo or film) purposes: up to 15. Events: up to 20 guests allowed. Damages / Missing items: Customer are to be charged if there any damages / missing items to the items located inside the studio within the same payment made for the booking. If you need an additional hour, it will be $50 per hour thereafter. Please notify studio manager so they can adjust calendar. Release & Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by California law, the Renter agrees to release and hold harmless Bare Makers Studio, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the Renter’s use of the studio or activities conducted during the rental, except for matters that cannot legally be waived or released. Bare Makers Studio provides the space for creative production and is not responsible for the Renter’s production, equipment, crew, talent, clients, products, or activities. By completing a reservation, the Renter confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Rental Waiver & Liability Agreement and accepts responsibility for themselves and their Rental Party to the fullest extent permitted by law.
