Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Structure: All brand-building services are offered as monthly retainers. Retainers secure production time, creative direction, editing capacity, and strategic planning. Retainers are not pay-per-video services - they are ongoing brand growth partnerships. Each membership tier includes a defined scope of: Content production days Video edits Photography Strategy calls Reporting (where applicable) Unused deliverables do not roll over unless agreed upon in writing. 2. All retainers recommended a 3-month minimum commitment. Why? Brand growth requires consistency and testing. Results improve with data, iteration, and platform optimization over time. However, you can cancel anytime under your account! 3. Payment Terms: Retainers are billed on the same date each month using the card on file, auto- drafted. Late payments may delay production and delivery timelines. Subscriptions Cancellations occurs on the next billing period. 4. Scheduling & Content Days: Content production days must be scheduled in 48hr in advance. Rescheduling requires at least 72 hours notice. We provide creative direction, but client participation and preparedness are required for success! 5. Revisions Policy: Each video includes: 1–2 rounds of revisions (depending on tier) including: Caption edits Minor text changes Hook adjustments Clip swaps (if footage allows) Major creative direction changes after approval of concept may incur additional fees. 6. Standard delivery: 2–7 calendar days after content day (depending on tier volume). Expedited editing available for an additional fee. 7. Content Usage & Rights: Client receives usage rights for organic marketing across owned platforms (social, website, email, & prints). Studio retains the right to use content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. 8. Performance Disclaimer:While we implement proven growth strategies, we do not guarantee: - Specific follower growth numbers - Viral performance - Revenue targets "We don't create content for social media. We create content for your business" We guarantee professional execution and strategic optimization — not algorithm control! 9. To ensure best results, client agrees to: Participate in scheduled strategy calls Provide brand information and assets when requested Approve content within agreed timelines Engage with audience when applicable Delays in approvals may impact publishing!
