It may fit up to 30 people comfortably at a given time and you may bring your own equipment for an easy setup. Props are able to be moved around or removed for a bare setting. Cancellation Policy
Studio Rental: You are renting the space only, no photographer selected. Refund Policy: You may receive a full refund if booking is cancelled within 14 calendar days from scheduled date. Thereafter, it's non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your booking for free on another date at least 72hours before scheduled date. Add ons: Everything is included in the studio. If you like to add a coat of white paint for the cyc wall, please inform the manager so we can get that done within 24hr in advance. Cyc wall does comes with minimal footsteps / AS-IS. Extra coat of white paint is additional $35. Cleaning: Cleaning fees are included in the hourly booking (trash, toiletries, mopping, & resetting items back into place). Hours of Operation: 8am - 10pm Remote/Turnkey Access: 10am - 4pm Mon - Fri 10am - 3:00pm Saturday Freight Elevator: Please text or email onsite manager that you will need to use the elevator for bulky / heavy items Storage: We have a small storage space, but it is limited. The studio is to be locked after each event. Recommend to take any valuables with you as we are not responsible for any missing or damages to your items. Booking on the calendar: You may reserve any available time on the calendar to ensure you have the proper time/date of your event. Attendees: For production (photo or film) purposes: Crew Members up to 15. Events: up to 30 guests allowed. If you need an additional hour, it will be $50 per hour thereafter. You may use venmo / zelle to process payment.
