The Director & Elite Team Membership gives you 16 hours of studio access per month, with the flexibility to bring your team of up to 10 people for collaborative productions, brand campaigns, photography sessions, video shoots, and creative projects. Enjoy the convenience of remote studio access, additional time options, and the flexibility to accommodate extra people when your production needs grow. With a versatile creative environment, natural light, multiple backdrops, a white cyc wall, and studio amenities, BareMaker’s Studio is designed to support your vision from concept to final take. Cancellation Policy
1. Membership Eligibility: Studio members may book sessions according to the access, hours, and booking benefits included with their membership. Memberships are personal and may not be transferred or shared unless approved by studio management 2. Session Booking: Members must book sessions within 24hr in advance through the studio’s approved booking system. A booking is considered confirmed only once it has been successfully scheduled. Members are responsible for selecting the correct date, time, session type, and duration when booking 3. Booking Limits & Access: Members may book sessions according to the booking limits associated with their membership to gain studio access. You may deduct extra from the next month or purchase additional hours in "add-on" at checkout. Members are responsible for following all studio rules, safety requirements, equipment guidelines, and staff instructions while using the facility 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling:Members must cancel or reschedule sessions at least 24 hours before their scheduled session. Members are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival does not automatically extend the session beyond the originally scheduled end time. Please notify Studio Manager 5. Guest Policy:Guests are only permitted when allowed by the member’s membership plan or with prior approval from studio management. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests follow all studio policies 6. Equipment & Studio Care: Use of the studio, equipment, facilities, & any services provided by the studio involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, accidents, or loss of personal belongings. 7. Risk & Liability: Members voluntarily assume responsibility for their own safety and agree to use the studio and its equipment responsibly and in accordance with all posted rules and staff instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the studio, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives are not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from a member’s use of the studio or equipment, except to the extent caused by conduct for which liability cannot legally be waived or limited. Members are responsible for their own personal belongings. The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any rights or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
